Planning Applications
In the realm of town planning consultancy, our expertise lies in managing planning applications for a variety of projects, particularly those focused on rural developments and heritage conservation, certificates of lawfulness, change of use and prior approvals.
Pre-application enquiries
We can submit pre-application enquiries on your behalf. These applications will be submitted with a supporting statement, to increase the chances of you getting a positive response. This in turn will smooth the way and increase the chances of success for any future planning application.
Appeals
We can submit appeals on your behalf, or advise on amended submissions if an appeal does not seem like the best way forward. There is no fee from the Planning Inspectorate to appeal, but using a planning consultant can incrase your chances of success, ensuring you refer to relevant case law and material planning considerations.
Third party objections
Objecting to a planning application that is going to affect you can seem like a daunting prospect. Some things (such as a view, and your property value) are not material planning considerations, whereas other things, like light and privacy are. I will use planning policies to ensure your arguments are framed with the best chance of success.
