Appeals

If you have come to this page, you may well have received a refusal for planning permission.  

I can discuss the reasons for refusal with you, and advise on whether it may be preferable to re-submit a revised scheme, or if not, I can submit and manage an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate.

You have 6 months from the date of a refusal notice to submit an appeal for a full planning application, 12 weeks for a householder application, or 28 days if you have been served an Enforcement Notice.  You can also appeal against non-determination of a planning application.
