Fees

An initial phone consultation discussion is free.

My hourly rate is £130 per hour and for larger pieces of work, a daily rate or fixed fee is available on request.

I charge £400 for a site visit which includes time taken to look at the history of your site and advise on your proposed scheme. 

I am prepared to agree fixed fees, based on my estimate of hours taken for pieces of work.

I do not charge mileage within the Hexham area.

Any fees to other individuals for reports (i.e. Archaeology Reports, Ecology Reports to support planning applications) must be paid direct to or those consultants. 

Fees to Local Planning Authorities must be paid direct to them by clients. 

I do not draw plans, but can recommend architects, or surveying practices that I work with.  Payments for those documents would also be direct to those firms.
