Ludman Planning Ltd operates as the Data Controller for the information you provide to us and the only personal data we collect from our website is the information submitted via our enquiry form. 

Purpose for processing

We will store this data securely and process it, and any other information which you disclose to us, if we have a legitimate interest to do so, for the purpose of delivering and administering our services to you, or to fulfil legal requirements.  For example, we may use your data to: 

- contact you about the service you have enquired about;

- undertake research on your project;

- deliver the services you have contracted us to provide;

- inform you about developments in planning policy which are relevant to your project;

- administer your account;

- maintain records as required by HMRC or other authorities.
